Before dispatch

Prepare a completed and signed carrier agreement, current-year W-9, certificate of insurance and workers’ compensation documentation when applicable.

After each load

Keep copies and promptly submit the original load tickets, delivery paperwork, and trip sheets or invoices required by the agreement. Include trailer numbers.
